Runswick Bay is a rural beach situated on the Yorkshire coast. It is a gently sloping beach made up of shingle along the top of the beach and sand and clay boulders at the southern end. There are two sewer overflows that discharge within Runswick Bay, one through Runswick Beck and one 600m outside the bathing area.
