Shell Bay North is a picturesque beach located on the northern side of Shell Bay, which lies along the eastern edge of Studland Bay in Dorset, near the entrance to Poole Harbour. The bay itself is protected from the open sea by the Studland Peninsula, which helps keep the waters calm and provides a sheltered environment for swimming. Shell Bay North is not lifeguarded, so swimmers should exercise caution and swim at their own risk.
